  • Plagiarism and fraud are not tolerated, and disciplinary measures are the responsibility of the purchaser.

IMAGE USAGE GUIDELINES

  • We do not hold copyright to images unless created in-house.
  • Suggestions for images are provided as links for copying.
  • Copyrighted photographs can be used without payment, while royalty-free images are recommended.
  • Customers are liable to get a copyright for the images produced in-house.

WHAT WE OFFER

Upon completing an order and payment, you acknowledge ownership and rights of products written by independent contractors.

There are no guarantees, implied or express, and no refunds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude representations, warranties, and conditions. We are not liable for death, personal injury, fraud, or free-of-charge service-related losses.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

By using The Authors House services, you agree to terms and conditions. Users must be of legal age to purchase products or services or have their guardians permission.

OUR SERVICES

Customers must read and comprehend the refund policy to fully understand the privileges and limitations governed by the The Authors House Policy. Before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website, you must read these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • 100% Advance Payment: We require a full advance payment for all services/packages/bundle deals offered to our clients.
  • Client Responsibility for Transaction Charges and Tax: All transaction charges and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client and are to be borne by them.
  • We offer payment plans for invoices totaling $2,000 or more after applying any discounts. Our payment plan requires a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

Upon preceding with the payment for services to The Authors House, customers expressly agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions set forth by The Authors House .

RETURNS POLICY

  • No Returns on Fulfilled Orders: Due to the distinctive nature of our services/products, returns on fulfilled orders are not accepted.
  • Comprehensive Revision Process: To uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide a thorough revision process. This includes making changes to meet quality standards, incorporating edits and proofreading services, and addressing specific requirements.

We prioritize the importance of ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the delivered product or service.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are handled individually, and efforts are made to resolve issues.

  • Change of Heart: Refunds may be provided for unallocated or unstarted orders, with a processing fee of $200 USD or 15% of the order amount (whichever is greater). In case of the project being assigned/initiated, $300 or 25% (whichever is greater) will be deducted. The balance amount after the aforementioned deduction will be refunded to the customer.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUNDS

Customers are only permitted to a refund after they have exhausted all of the options listed below;

  • Incompetent Delivery: Refund considered after exhausting revision options, based on the work progress approved by the customers.
  • Late Delivery: Processed if late delivery is the company's fault, documented after three attempts to contact. In case of late delivery due to client errors/delay in communications, a refund will not be entertained and the project will commence.
  • Unsatisfactory Delivery Despite Revisions: We assign, re-assign, and re-write your work to guarantee complete satisfaction. We also reserve FREE Pages of similar merit for future use. In instances where the delivered work still fails to meet your requirements, a refund will be issued based on a mutually agreed-upon percentage. This applies exclusively in cases where the delivery is entirely off the mark.

MODIFICATION OF SERVICES AND PRICES

Customers are only permitted to a refund after they have exhausted all of the options listed below;

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The company reserves the right to modify or terminate services without notification/obligation to users or third parties.
